Born and raised in Montréal, Areti Gagaoudakis has an educational background in Health Sciences and Business Administration and is fluently trilingual in English, French, and Greek. 

As the proud mother of her daughter, Michaela, Areti understands firsthand both the incredible joy and the everyday challenges of raising children. That experience continues to shape her philosophy that every child deserves to be loved, respected, nurtured, and given the strongest possible foundation for life. 

Her professional career has included banking, the shipping industry, and education. While living in Greece, she taught English to children, further deepening her passion for early childhood development and education. 

Areti ultimately chose to return home to Canada so that Michaela could grow up in what she believes is the greatest country in the world—a place that offers exceptional education, opportunity, diversity, and the freedom to pursue limitless dreams. 

Driven by a vision to elevate early childhood education, Areti co-founded Kids Childcare + Preschool with one simple but ambitious goal: to redefine what families should expect from childcare by setting a new standard of excellence built on exceptional care, meaningful education, healthy nutrition, outstanding hygiene, and uncompromising safety. 

She believes that every family deserves complete peace of mind, knowing their children are loved as if they were our own.
